ProCare Pet Sitting comes to your home when you work long hours, travel, have active kids in sports, have upcoming surgery, or otherwise need help caring for your pets. We provide a comprehensive range of pet sitting services to clients in Colorado Springs.

We are full-time professional pet sitters solely focused on the care of your pets and your peace of mind.

• We come to your home to take care of your pets within a reasonable time frame. Our state of the art software shows you that your pet sitter was there.
• We perform the tasks you ask us to do. Each pet sitter views your client file and follows the instructions you have entered regarding the care of your pets.
• We send you notes and photos during every pet sitting visit to let you know how things went.
• We have a backup pet sitter for you who knows your pets and their routine in case something happens to your primary pet sitter.
• We will not touch anything in your home that is not directly related to the care of your pets; all pet sitters have passed a federal-level criminal background check and are bonded and insured.
• We do not bring pets or people to the pet sitting visit, and we give your pets 100% of our attention.
• We are careful to lock your doors and we will not open your windows unless you ask us to do so. We'll make sure your home is secure.

We can perform the following services during your pet sitting visits. If there is something you need but do not see listed, do not hesitate to ask. 

For the safety of your dog we require at minimum two visits per day. For the safety of your cat we prefer at minimum one visit per day. For the health and well being of all animals, any animal that is kept outside must have adequate shelter. Visits are tailored to your needs. 

• feed your pets and give them fresh water
• wash your pets' food and water bowls
• administer medications, including insulin
• escort your dogs outside for a potty break in your enclosed yard
• play inside your home or in your backyard with your dogs
• play with any pet inside your home that craves it
• pick up dog poop from your yard during our visit if the yard is already well maintained
• scoop cat litter boxes
• change papers and woodchips in your bird and small animal cages
• spot clean pet messes (vomit, diarrhea, urine, shredded toys or other items)
• provide emergency transport to the veterinarian, if needed, while in our care
• send you a personalized, GPS tracked report after each visit, with photos of your happy pets
• water your plants
• alternate your window shades and indoor/outdoor lights
• make tracks in your snow so it looks like you are home
• turn out and turn in your horses
• check water troughs and refill
• care for chicken coops and collect eggs
• bring in mail, newspapers, milk deliveries, packages and door hangers
• put out and bring in garbage and recycling cans
