ProCare's Mid-Day Potty Break Service

It Might Be Just What You and Your Dog Need

"ProCare takes great care of the critters. They always text me when they are there to let me know how they are. We're also able to see ProCare on our security cameras and they take time to play with the dogs and cat while they are there. We've been extremely happy with their service." Ellen P.

Some days may seem like you have a never ending list of things that need to be done. You might go to work, go to the gym or an exercise class, volunteer, go to school, have activities with the kids, feel under the weather, be recovering from illness or injury, need to go grocery shopping, have doctors appointments - the list of to-do's seems to go on and on. We understand that you have a busy life; who wouldn't with all of the wonderful things Colorado Springs has to offer.

One of the ways ProCare makes your life easier is our mid-day potty break service. Wouldn't it be nice to come home and not find piles and puddles? You want to come home and say, "Hi Pup! I missed you, it's so good to see you, come give me some loving," rather than, "Oh no! Not again, I can't handle this mess right now, what am I going to do about this?!"

No More "Uh-Oh"

If it has become too difficult to get back home during your day to let your dog out, or you continually come home and discover that your dog has gone to the bathroom in the house, reach out to us. The mid-day potty break service has been a sanity saver for many of our clients in Colorado Springs.

The Benefits of a Potty Break

The Obvious

Your dog can hold it in for only so long, and you don't want to come home to another mess.

It Breaks Up Their Day

By having a pet sitter come over to let your canine companion outside, it gives them some company to play with and be loved by while you are away. This gives them a sense of routine and gives you a calm pup upon your return home.

A Little Bit of Exercise

The potty break visit gives your dog the opportunity to get the blood pumping. We can play with them in your enclosed yard, go for a potty walk on a leash, or play indoors with their favorite toys.

Their Favorite Snack

Your pup won't miss out on their daily treat ritual. Sometimes snacks are more than just treats; maybe you have a dog with a delicate tummy and a mid-day mini meal is just what they need to be well and feel happy.

A Fresh Bowl of Water

No one likes to run out of water mid way through their day. We will rinse and refresh your dog's water bowl while we are there.

How to Choose a Pet Care Provider

Important Questions You Should Ask

When thinking about having someone come to your home to let your dogs outside for a potty break, you will want to be sure they are honest, reliable and can handle any situation.

Over the years we have found that pet parents who use ProCare have asked themselves the following questions when deciding on a pet care provider:

  • What guarantee do I have that this person will actually show up at my house and let my dogs out for their mid-day potty break?
  • How will I know that this provider did the things I asked them to do during my dog's potty break visit?
  • Does this person communicate well, and can I count on them to let me know how each potty break visit went?
  • If this person becomes ill or has a car accident, who will come let my dogs out to go potty?
  • Am I sure this person won't rummage through my belongings, consume my food and drink, or steal something from me?
  • What assurance do I have this provider won't bring their children, pet, or boyfriend/girlfriend along to the potty break visit?
  • What if this person leaves my door unlocked or one of my windows open?
  • Will this person tell nosy neighbors, solicitors, and potential thieves that I am not at home?
  • Am I sure this provider is going to be nice to my dogs and not yell at them or physically abuse them?
  • What if my dog has made a mess - will this pet care provider clean it up?
  • What if my dog becomes ill - will this person even notice, will they communicate effectively with me, and will they take my dog to the veterinarian?

It's a bit unnerving when you think about what could go wrong using a hobby sitter or someone doing their "side hustle" in the "gig economy". If you are looking for peace of mind, read on! We'll show you why you'll have no worries when ProCare is on the job.

Peace of Mind

No Worries When ProCare is on the Job

  • We come to your home to take care of your dogs within a reasonable time frame.  Our state of the art software shows you that your caregiver was there.
